Sculpt your strong body with a session of Hot Pilates and a session of Xtend Barre class! Hot pilates is a mat-based sequence of exercises performed in a studio that is heated at 38 to 40. The class helps warm up muscles for deeper stretching and detoxification, and offers a range of stretching, cardio, and toning movements. Meanwhile Xtend Barre brings in elements of dance, ballet, and pilates to design an adrenaline-fueled workout that focuses on efficient tiny movements to strengthen, lengthen, and chisel the body, while enhancing flexibility and balance.

  • 1 session of Hot Pilates

Class details

  • Pre-class preparation:

    • Do not consume food at least 1 to 2 hours before class. Easily digestible foods are recommended for meals prior to session.
    • Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Hot pilates class required at least 4 litres of water per day for body maintenance.
    • Cut down on caffeinated drinks and proccessed food before class a s it will affect the body’s tolerance towards heat.

What to bring to class?

  • Two (2) large towels for hot pilates class.
  • Non-slip socks for Xtend Barre Class (available for purchase at studio)
  • Drinking water
  • Dresscode: Dress as lightly as possible (avoid T-shirts as they are bulky)

    • Tank tops, exercise tops, and shorts are acceptable for men and women.

Fine Print

  • Valid Monday - Friday: 7:00am – 9:00pm, Saturday & Sunday: 7:00am – 5:00pm. Not valid on public holidays.
  • Limit 1 voucher per customer.
